We have some wonderful news to share! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve been able to purchase the large specialised rocking chair worth £1138.80, that Paige so desperately needed! Delivery is expected in 6-8 weeks!
Who is Paige and why does she need support?
Paige is an amazing 7-year-old who has NACC1, a rare life changing genetic disorder, with a resilient spirit that never fails to inspire. Despite the challenges she faces, she continues to find comfort in movement, particularly the soothing rhythm of rocking. After her family had to take away her bouncer due to safety concerns, Paige lost a little piece of her independence and joy.
The rocking chair is going to bring back that sense of comfort and freedom, allowing her to move on her own terms once again.

An Update On Paiges NACC1 Journey
On the 18th March 2025 Paiges rocking chair arrived and she’s loving having the body freedom she craved. Her mum said:
For myself it has just been such a joy to see her happy to have a safe space to enjoy doing what she most enjoys doing. Paige has been full of smiles using her new rocker and now when she wants to have free movement time she can have this safely in the family room with all of us together. As a family it has brought us alot of joy to see Paige happy and safe doing what she loves and it will be a big part of her life for many years to come.
